Oak Harbor Wrestling Club will be offering two seasons of wrestling, following the USA Wrestling seasons.

Winter Season- This will be primarily Folkstyle wrestling, instructing athletes from K-8.  We will provide a great learning environment for the first-time wrestler, while providing solid coaching and technique for the returner.  We will be attending Novice and Open Tournaments to provide competitive opportunities for both new and experienced wrestlers.

Spring Season-  This will be both a Freestyle and Greco Season- we will be coaching athletes in both styles of wrestling.  We encourage wrestlers who enjoyed the Folkstyle season to continue to develop through learning the different skills presented in Freestyle and Greco Wrestling.  The goal of this season is to provide more advanced coaching and wrestling opportunities to those wrestlers who are chasing a goal.
